Terms of service

PropertyMetric is a data and analytics platform. Its figures are derived from licensed and publicly available sources, normalised and enriched by us.

It is not a licensed valuation, not financial or investment advice, and not a substitute for professional due diligence. An automated estimate is a statistical result, not an opinion of value issued by a qualified valuer.

Every published figure carries its sample size and a confidence code. Where the available data cannot support a reliable number, the figure is withheld and labelled insufficient data rather than estimated. We would rather show you nothing than something we cannot stand behind.

We do not warrant that source records are complete or error-free. Where our data and an official registry disagree, the registry governs.

You are responsible for activity under your credentials and API keys. Keys are shown once at creation and stored only as a hash; a lost key is rotated, not recovered. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe a credential has been exposed.

• Do not scrape or bulk-extract beyond your plan’s quota.
• Do not resell or redistribute the dataset as a competing product.
• Do not share credentials outside your organization.
• Do not attempt to re-identify individuals from aggregated data.

Plans, quotas and prices are published at checkout and in your billing settings; nothing is hard-coded in the product. A metered operation that fails does not consume quota. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

PropertyMetric is provided as-is to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of its figures. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
